Live-ins II: Demands and Resources in Daily Work

(in German)

In an online survey, live-ins from Poland, Bulgaria, Croatia and Romania working in Germany provide information on their tasks, work-related demands and resources. Risks result primarily from the interaction with people in need of care and their relatives, a lack of professional development opportunities, conflicts between work and private life and having to work without adequate equipment. It is incumbent upon care agencies to take responsibility for live-ins’ occupational safety and health.

This publication is additionally available in the four languages of the respondents’ countries of origin (Polish, Bulgarian, Croatian, and Romanian).
