Live-ins III: Health and Satisfaction

(in German)

A healthy life for all people of all ages is one of the United Nations' seventeen Sustainable Development Goals. Home carers make an important contribution to this in outpatient care. Based on the results of an online survey, health indicators and the job satisfaction of 429 home carers from Poland, Bulgaria, Croatia and Romania are analysed. Burn-out symptoms and presenteeism are higher on average in the group, while general job satisfaction and satisfaction with salary are lower than in relevant comparison groups.

This publication is additionally available in the four languages of the respondents’ countries of origin (Polish, Bulgarian, Croatian, and Romanian).
