Scientific use file of the cross-sectional study 2023/24
The survey "Workplace bullying among the working population in Germany – a representative study" was commissioned by the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs (BMAS). The study was conducted by the Institute of Social Medicine, Occupational Medicine and Public Health (ISAP) at the University of Leipzig, in cooperation with the Institute and Policlinic for Occupational and Social Medicine (IPAS) of Technische Universität Dresden, and with scientific support from the Federal Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (BAuA). For the study, 5,015 dependent employees who performed at least 1 hour of paid work per week were interviewed via telephone between August 2023 and January 2024.

- Occurrence and frequency of workplace bullying
- Prevention of workplace bullying
- Working conditions and work demands
- Mental health and stress
- General and physical health
- Employment and socio-demographic information
The data are available in the form of a scientific use file, which was created by ISAP. Data access is available to scientific research projects and can be applied for through the Research Data Centre of the Federal Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (FDZ-BAuA).
