Research on work and health has advanced in the last years. Much progress has been made in theoretical and in methodical perspectives. However, methods which are appropriate for analysing the complex transaction between working conditions and health are still used rarely. To conduct different methods of analysing working conditions, such as questionnaires and observation, cooperation with businesses is necessary. This raises new questions for scientists in the field of work.
