Description:

The representative enterprise and employee surveys 2011 and 2015 of the Joint German OSH Strategy provide extensive data on the state of measure implementation taken in the field of OSH.
Aim of the project is to carry out an in-depth analysis of these data in order to:

• comprehensively describe the OSH situation for different sectors and company sizes as well as for different types of employees and employment
• identify factors influencing the implementation of OHS measures
• analyse whether the survey questionnaires are suited to reflect relevant theories / impact models in the field of intervention implementation
• suggest adaptions to the questionnaires to better and more comprehensively reflect relevant theories / impact models in the field intervention implementation
