Description :

In a preliminary project F 2005 a biological monitoring method for determination of tetrachloroethene (as a model compound) in exhaled breath has been developed using valveless gas sampling tubes, solid phase micro extraction and gas chromatography.

The follow-up project is targeted on validation and automation of this method.
