This data documentation describes the Scientific Use File of the BAuA-Working Time Survey 2015, Version 2. The Research Data Centre of the Federal Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (FDZ-BAuA) makes this dataset available to users for scientific purposes. The scientific use file contains data of 20 030 persons interviewed during the first wave of this representative panel survey among the working population in Germany. Participants were interviewed about their employment situation, aspects of working time, other working conditions, health, and well-being. The data documentation provides an overview of the available data, documents the data edition process, and describes the potential for linkage with subsequent survey waves.
