Trained Managers More Likely to Put Occupational Health on the Agenda: Findings from an Enterprise Survey

(in German)

Location and time-flexible working is becoming ever more significant - both for individual employees and for teams as well. Apart from the advantages it offers, including better work-life balance, it also throws up challenges, such as the blurring of boundaries between work and private life. A recent research project developed three FlexAbility interventions: an individual self-learning course, additional group sessions (blended training), and team workshops. They demonstrate how self-management skills can be boosted, allowing location and time-flexible working to be designed healthily and productively.
