Public use file of the job-exposure matrix
Based on the data of the BIBB/BAuA Employment Survey 2018, BAuA has developed a job-exposure matrix that assigns occupations with levels of exposure for different job demands (BAuA-JEM ETB 2018). The dataset includes indices on the following categories:
- Physical demands
- Environmental demands
- Work intensity
- Autonomy
- Working time location
The indices are available for different levels (the 2, 3, and 4-digit groups) of the German Classification of Occupations 1992 (KldB 1992) and the International Standard Classification of Occupations 2008 (ISCO 2008). Using these classifications, they can be merged with other datasets.
