Projektbeschreibung:

The project aims to expand empirically based knowledge about dealing with psychosocial risks in the workplace. It is intended to contribute to more differentiated descriptions, more appropriate evaluations and an improved understanding of company prevention and occupational health and safety practice, thereby improving the basis for recommendations for the further development of occupational health and safety structures and instruments. A specific focus is placed on the role and importance of workplace risk assessments and on the management of psychosocial risks in small and micro enterprises.

Data from three German representative company surveys (BAuA, SME survey, ESENER-4, GDA company survey 2023) will be analysed in order to close knowledge gaps.
