Our data for your research
The Research Data Centre of the Federal Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (FDZ-BAuA) makes selected data from research of BAuA and BMAS available.
As a departmental research institution of the federal government, BAuA conducts studies on various aspects of employment in Germany. To enable researchers from other institutions to use data from these studies for their own research, FDZ-BAuA processes datasets from BAuA research as scientific use files. FDZ-BAuA also offers public use files on BAuA data, which are available to both researchers and an interested public.
In addition, FDZ-BAuA offers selected datasets from the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs (BMAS) with links to BAuA research.
We have compiled a list of frequently asked questions (FAQ) on how to get access to the data at FDZ-BAuA.
FDZ-BAuA’s English-language offerings are being gradually expanded. The translation is funded by the European Union - NextGenerationEU.
