The purpose of this qualitative study is to explore the relevance of social support respectively communicative action in the return-to-work-process from return-to-work-coordinators perspective - as disability manager, occupational physician e.g. - especially to reconstruct approaches to action and problems and to identify salient features of communicative action for work-reentry. Within this project a best practice guide for return-to-work-coordinators for a successful reentry of employees with common mental disorders should be developed. Overall the outcomes should be used for generation of theory refer to communicative action in the return-to-work process and modeling workplace-related return-to-work interventions for the same target group.
