Description:

Saccharopolyspora rectivirgula is a causative organism of hypersensitive pneumonitis. The cultivation based detection of this bacterial strain is very difficult because the phenotypic characteristica, depending on the cultivation conditions are highly variable. Therefore a strain specific pirmer system should be generated to gain a gen based detection system allowing the rapid and specific detection of Saccharopolyspora rectivirgula with a quantitative real-time PCR in bioaerosols. Each analystical step of this method should be checked thoroughly.
