Description:
Analysing of theoretic basic principles concerning learning-conducive corporate culture, respectively collecting and processing/preparing/presenting of models of good practice in co-operation with companies, development of design criteria and design recommendations as well as creation of a typology for concerning learning-conducive corporate culture for safety and health at work. The project aims at elaborating theoretic basic principles for learning-conducive and health promoting corporate culture (e. g. identification of design criteria and generating a typology) and identification of proved company concepts for creating for learning-conducive and health promoting corporate culture in order to develop recommendations.
