Division 6 Transfer Management

Transfer is the requirements- and practice-orientated translation of scientific results and legal obligations into guidelines and instructions for use in daily corporate practice. Transfer activities originate in the development of products and are mainly influenced by current developments in politics (legislative changes, rules, ordinances, initiatives, etc.) and the activities of government offices.

Employees of division 6 carry out transfer activities in the following fields:

  • They are responsible for communications and public relations, brand management, internal communication and the management of Federal Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (BAuA) events (Unit 6.1).
  • They control all online media and compile BAuA publications (Unit 6.2)
  • They take over call centre-based customer services and knowledge management (Unit 6.3a)
  • They maintain an inter-site scientific library (Unit 6.3b)
