Begründungen zu Arbeitsplatzgrenzwerten

Arbeitsplatzgrenzwerte für Gefahrstoffe werden durch den Ausschuss für Gefahrstoffe (AGS) aufgestellt und vom Bundesministerium für Arbeit und Soziales in der TRGS 900 bekannt gegeben.

Zu Arbeitsplatzgrenzwerten wird in der Regel ein Begründungspapier erstellt. Sofern Vorschläge zu Arbeitsplatzgrenzwerten einschließlich der entsprechenden Begründungen der Kommission zur Prüfung gesundheitsschädlicher Arbeitsstoffe der Deutschen Forschungsgemeinschaft oder der Europäischen Union (EU) unverändert übernommen werden, erfolgt ein Verweis in der TRGS 900 auf die veröffentlichten toxikologischen und arbeitsmedizinischen Begründungen der Senatskommission zur Prüfung gesundheitsschädlicher Arbeitsstoffe bzw. der EU.

Vom AGS erarbeitete Begründungspapiere zu Arbeitsplatzgrenzwerten werden an dieser Stelle veröffentlicht.
