Psychological stress at work
In one of the common symposiums of the health system of the Volkswagen Corporation, in November 2002 the Federal Institute for Occupational Safety and Health and the project management organisation DLR - work design and services - discussed the issue of the psychological strains as a company-wide problem.
The goal of the symposium was to concede the complicated phenomenon of psychological loads in all its facets. After the measurement and assessment of psychological loads it is important to find out if there is a possibility to use intervention instruments to reduce the psychological loads and to find out the needs of cooperation for the operational accomplishment.
The psychological load's phenomenon and its operational accomplishment was conceded in many lectures, and the possibilities how the person in charge can handle this issue in the enterprise were highlighted.
